Design integrated process of glycosyltransferases (co)-immobilization for the synthesis of glycosides

Hui Liu was born in Hunan, China. She received her bachelor’s degree in 2016 from Hainan Normal University. Then she moved to Sun Yat-sen University to pursue her master’s degree, with the research focusing on the asymmetric reduction of aromatic ketones to chiral alcohols catalyzed by marine-derived fungi. In 2019, she worked as a PhD candidate under the supervision of Prof. Bernd Nidetzky at Graz University of Technology, with the research topic of reaction engineering for the synthesis of natural products and xenobiotic glycosides by sugar nucleotide-dependent glycosyltransferases. Now, she is working as a Postdoc researcher in Prof. Xi Chen’s group and her current research focuses on the biosynthesis of carbohydrates and derivatives with specific biological properties.
